Dr. Charles M. Palminteri, B.S., D.C.

CHIROPRACTIc PHYSICIAN

Dr. Charles Palminteri is originally from Garden City New York until his family moved to Port Charlotte Florida when he was 4. A second-generation physician he was taught by his Father to always give 100% to his patients and the rest will fall into place.

Dr. Palminteri received his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park, Kansas.

Dr. Charles is certified in Spinal Decompression using the Kennedy Decompression Technique (KDT). In addition I am an avid weightlifter and former golden gloves boxer so I truly understand the needs of athletes.

My decision to become a Chiropractor came out of a severe injury I suffered as a teenager and I immediately knew it was my calling. As a second generation doctor, I was taught from my Father at an early age to always give 100% to my patients and the rest will fall into place. I truly feel blessed to be helping people with this gift that God has bestowed upon me. I pride myself on giving personal, non-rushed attention to all my patients and look forward to helping you reach your goals.

Vivienne Hann, M.B.A., PsyD

ChIEf Operating Officer

Vivienne is originally from Columbus Ohio and did her undergraduate work at The Ohio State University, she furthered her education at Northwestern University completing her MBA and furthered her education with a Doctorate in Psychology. Vivienne brings over 20 years of medical leadership to the team. 

In her spare time Vivienne loves to spend time with her Cane Corso Enoch, Her Rottweiler Sadie May and her little Yorkie Taylor. 

Stacye Collins

Stacye has extensive experience in the Medical Field; she holds a Medical Assistant certification and Associates Degree in Healthcare from Keiser College. Stacye also received her certification in Billing and Coding.

When Stacye is not working she likes to travel and spend time with her family.

Agnieszka Slowik

Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Agnieszka (Angie) Slowik is dually board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (AACC). She earned her Family Master of Science degree in Nursing (MSN) from Florida Atlantic University in 2015, supplemented by a PMHNP postmaster certificate from the University of Miami in 2021. Angie has over 15 years of nursing experience across diverse fields such as critical care, emergency room, organ transplant, urgent care, and primary/functional medicine. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, FLANP, and Sigma Theta Tau.

Angie has been trained by the world-renowned hormone guru, Dr. Neal Rouzier, through World Link Medical. She also is certified through BHRT Academy. She has also attended training and successfully completed extensive hours in hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, functional medicine, and peptide therapy courses through various programs including A4M. Angie has dedicated her practice and career as a nurse practitioner to helping others find their true health and wellness, truly optimizing their well being and vitality. Angie was born and raised in Poland and came to the United States when she was in her early 20’s. She speaks Polish and English fluently. She loves spending time with her three daughters and her husband. In her free times she likes to travel, camping, hiking, and reading. She is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and live to their fullest potential.

Ricardo Chaves, LMT

MASSAGE THERAPIST

Ricardo is from São Paulo, Brazil but came to the U.S in 1993. He is a graduate from the Florida College of Natural Health. He began working as a licensed massage therapist at North Ridge shortly after he received his degree. His specializations include Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports Massage, Neuro-Muscular, Prenatal, lymphatic, and Trigger Point Therapy. He truly enjoys facilitating his patients towards their personal goals.

Ricardo is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu' Jitsu and in his free time he continues to practice martial arts. He is a proud father of a beautiful daughter Sophia and son Noah.

Brett Meyer, LMT, NMT, CA, CHC, NC

MASSAGE THERAPIST

Brett attended the University of Missouri-Columbia, majoring in Pre-med and Psychology. He graduated from the Florida Institute of Massage Therapy & Esthetics in Lauderhill with a degree in Medical Massage (LMT). Brett continued on to receive his certification in Neuro-Muscular Therapy and Advanced Deep Tissue Massage and became a Certified Health Coach (CHC). In addition to these certifications, he has also trained and certified in Sports Massage (Pre, Post, Recovery, and Injury Prevention/Rehab), Heene approach to Soft tissue Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point Therapy. In his spare time Brett enjoys reading, cooking, and health & fitness.

Judith Laguna, LMT

Meet Judith Laguna, a Licensed Massage Therapist with a passion for holistic wellness and rejuvenation. Originally hailing from Venezuela, Judith's journey in the realm of healing arts began with her studies in Medical Assistance and Phlebotomy at Solidarity Without Borders. Eager to expand her expertise, she pursued further education in Massage Therapy at New Concept Massage and Beauty School Miami, followed by Aesthetics training at Nouvelle Institute Miami.

With a diverse skill set and a commitment to excellence, Judith specializes in a wide range of massage modalities, including deep tissue, fascia and body lymphatic drainage, athletic/sport massage, Hot stone massage, Swedish massage, shiatsu massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, and prenatal massage. Her holistic approach aims not only to alleviate physical tension but also to promote mental and emotional well-being.
